Our terms strictly prohibit direct client contact. Violations result in permanent bans and potential legal action. We've built multiple safeguards to protect your business.

You can update or remove your listing anytime before accepting an offer. Once under contract, you're committed to that buyer. If you attempt to circumvent this process or breach your contractual obligations, you will be charged applicable fees and penalties.

Indicate "Open to Discussion" for syndication. Many buyers are interested in partial purchases or joint ventures.

From listing to settlement typically takes 4-8 weeks:

  • 1-2 weeks to receive offers

Browsing is completely free. You only pay our 2.5% + GST success fee when you successfully purchase a portfolio, charged at settlement.

You can browse immediately, but to make serious offers you'll need about 15 minutes to:

When you make an offer, we automatically calculate and show the multiple (offer price ÷ annual trail). Industry standards typically range, depending on book quality. The multiple depends on the book type.

Yes! Click "Request Information" to message the seller directly through our secure platform. Many buyers ask questions before making formal offers.

Request data room access to review trail statements, settlement records, and client databases. All documents are pre-uploaded and ready for immediate review once the seller approves your access.

Look for the "Verified" badge. Verified sellers have passed KYC/AML checks. Unverified sellers can list, but their offers are marked as "expressions of interest only."
